viewing emails for the last 60 days

I am only able to view emails for the last week. I want to view them for the last 60 days.  How do I expand the viewable emails?

Assuming you are using the Comcast webmail portal----------from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>>>Email>>>>>>Email Deletion Schedules.  See if they are set the way you want them.

Also make sure your email programs (ex: Outlook, Mac Mail) and mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) are not deleting the mail because of a "Delete after xxx days" or similar setting.

 

The "Email Deletion Schedule" settings in Xfinity Connect do not protect messages from being removed by email programs or mobile devices.
