When I am on the Comcast home page and click on an item I get the audio but not the video. why?

Are you using Chrome for your browsing?  If so, open an incognito session and the videos should play for you.  This is a known issue.

It's a private browsing session.  All the popular browsers have it under different names.  In Chrome, click on the File menu and you will see it, or use the keyboard shortcut Shift-Cntrl-N.
