very slow today 3/28/2017

Connection is very slow today.  Even slower then most days.  I went to play cross word and had to give up since it was so slow.  Don't know if it is all the ads or what.  Went to Facebook and was kicked off, when this happens it is the ISP server (per Facebook).  What is being done by Comcast to fix this problem?
