using search to find an email content, how do i do it?

using search to find an email content, how do i do it?

using "search" to find an email that was sent to me or I sent, whats the sercet now on how to use it? I type in key words nothing shows up.

When you put the cursor in the search field, it should expand, and you will see "Inbox" to the right of it with a black arrowhead next to it, like this----------------

As you can see,  I typed the word "kudos" into the field and it prompts me with a couple of possibles.  You then click on that black arrowhead and you will see this-------------------

 

As or right now, you can only search by individual folder.  They are working on getting the universal search feature  back but I have no timeline on that yet.
