update email

update email

for a couple of months I have not received my mail. The mail says  update

 

needed. I don't know how. Though it was automatic. please update for me and put it on automatic.let me know as I haven't gotten mail that was very important

Post the entire error message you are receiving.

You might have the SAFE LIST on in error.  To check, sign in with your Primary Username and password.

Click on My Accountbat the top of the page.

Click on Users and Settings tab

Click on the username not getting email

Click on Email settings

Scroll down to the SAFE LIST 

If the button is green you have it on, click to shut it off.

With the safe list, it ONLY allows email through that is listed in the safe list.  ALL other email is discarded immediately.
