i have comcast ....xfinity email..one contact is blocked.  how do i unblock..i have windows 10

What do you mean "blocked"?  Do you mean you have a filter in place to block this person or  that  their email is just  not coming through or what?

THE FILTERING IS NOT LETTING ME RECIEVE PERSONAL EMAILS..

Then you need to call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue with that sender's domain----------------
