unable to open one specific e mail message.

Why can I not open a specific e mail when I can open others. It's kind of important as it has to do with a reset.

What happens when you try to open it?  Are you getting any error message?  You could try forwarding the message to some other account you have with Yahoo or Gmail or something and see if you can open it there.
