turn off forwarding on my email

turn off forwarding on my email

I am trying to turn off forwarding on my email, I cannot access the option. I pulled up the on-line documentation, there is no "EMAIL SETTINGS" option, but a USERS and PREFERENCES which does not provide access to that option nor a directive to locate it.  Can anyone assist?

Re: turn off forwarding on my email

Sign in to your account, and then click on either Account or My Account at the top of the page. It will ask you to sign in again. That will take you to a page with tabs at the top. The one to the right is "Users and Preferences". Click on that, and it will open a page with Basic and Email settings. Click on Email settings, and look down the page to Forwarding. Click on the greyed out button to the right to turn it off.  If it's green it is on.

This assumes you are using your primary account, or an unrestricted secondary account.  If it's a restricted account, only the Primary can make the change to it.
