surprise - terrible support

Had e-mail problems so contacted comcast support for help....UGH!

 

After two techs who didn't know enough to help, I got hold of a supervisor who's proposed solution was for me to change my e-mail configuration from IMAP to POP.  What a joke...maybe they should just say they are giving up on providing support and honestly tell us we are on our own.
