Why do I keep getting the same spam after I delete my spam folder?

If a spammer's email address is blocked, more of the same emails can be sent from a new address.

 

If you're getting unwanted emails from legitimate senders, you should unsubscribe instead.

In addition to what rightfooted said, you need to keep marking them as Spam when they get to your Inbox to help "train" the filters.  And it takes time for it to work.  Spam is a never ending struggle.  You may find these of interest------------------------
