How do I stop an email from going into spam folder, I want it to my inbox?

I know of only two ways to do this:


  1. Attempt to persuade Comcast Security Assurance to stop marking the mail as spam. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/dedicated-support). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers. The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer. This is often a temporary fix
  2. Turn off Comcast's spam filters so that everything is delivered to the Inbox. It's a bit more work that way, but at least you don't have to wonder what Comcast's spam filtering is hiding from you.
