after moving an emial to spam folder I continue to recieve the same email. I expect that spam folder should recognize that and not move it to my INBOX again. Am I missing something??

Re: spam folder

Keep marking them as spam.  It takes time to "train" the filters.  This short article will be of interest to you---------------

Re: spam folder

The response did not address fully my problem. It did provide extensive documentation of the spam folder which was very helpful. I'll ask comcast for their usage of spam filters.

thnx

Re: spam folder

IF the Spam email  is coming from the EXACT  same email address, you can create an email filter to block all email from that email address.  That would be done under a Preferences>Email icon>Email Filters..
