Are you using Xfinity Zconnectvfor email?

What happens exactly when you sign in with your Username and password?

Are yiu sure you are using the correct username and password?Do yiu use any other email programs, phone, or tablet?



Which browser/ version are you using?

Have you cleared your browser cache?  If not, clear it now.

Have you tried using a different browser yet?

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
