setting upnew computerhas windows 10 - setup comcast email and overnight all older emails were lost?

set up email for outlook and comcast; linked two accounts.  seem to work perfectly; then overnight all old emails were losts; only had today's new emails? 1) what happened 2) can lost emails be retrived?

Did you set up the account in the Windows Mail app that comes bundled with Windows 10?  What do you mean you linked two accounts?

Did you set up a Outlook to leave copies of messages on the server? ( Comcast Xfinity Connect)

Check to make sure it's is nit ser to delete after reading too.

In Xfinity ConnectvInbox, , click on the preference tab

Click on the Email icon

Scroll down to tgevEMAILNDELETIIN SCHEDULE and open it.  Check tgevnumbervof days each Comcast folder is ser to when it automatically deletes all email from each folder.  Make any changes you want to make.
