setting up a filter

I am trying to add a filter to send unwanted messages to the trash folder but repeated tries have not worked, although I get a message that I already have a filter for this person. I would love to know what I can do to filter out this person! Thanks.

Re: setting up a filter

I would delete the filter.  Clear your cache, and then go back and rebuild the filter.
