sent embarqmail and centurylink email rejected as spam

For the past 2 weeks I have been getting the following message when send emails to embarqmail.com or centurylink.net:

 

 

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients was aborted after 0 second(s):

centurylink and Embarqmail seem to be problematic.  Take a look at this thread--------------------

You will probably have to contact CL and EM to get a resolution.

Re: sent embarqmail and centurylink email rejected as spam

I called Comcast and they said it was not on their end. Suggested I call CenturyLink. Called Centurylink, was transferred, put on hold, and finally hiung up on after being on hold for ten minutes.
