sending email

When sending email, names in address book all come up with an X.  The text of the message will be sent, but if there is an attachment, that is not included in the received mail.

Re: sending email

When you enter an email address in the To: field, it will have an X to the right of it in the blue block--------is that what you mean?  If so, that is normal.  It is used if you want to delete the contact from the To: field.  But that has nothing to do with attachments.  What are you trying to send as an attachment?  What file type is it?
