how can i adjust screen to view email settings

I'm not sure what you mean, but if you want to see your settings for email, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>Email, and go from there.

to much information on the screen other then just the email. not much room to see what im typing

and work on the email i'm trying to write!  I don't know how to move things on the screen?

OK without being able to see what you are looking at, try this---------when in the compose page for a new email, look at the far right end of the toolbar.  You should see a small bluish icon.  Click on that and it should open the page in a new window with more screen real estate.  Does that do what you want?
