Re: remove address of died

Can you clarify----you want to remove an email address from where?  An email client or your Comcast account or what?

Re: remove address of died

Hope this clears puzzle.  I use Firefox to shoe C.  Click C to reach Comcast e-mail.  Bring  up BCC to send transmission.  Hold proper alpha letter for addresses under i.e.  a, or b or any letter.

Select the letter. This when several addresses appear & some I desire to remove. HOW?

Re: remove address of died

If I am reading you correctly, you are talking about the list that populates when you start typing in the To: ---Cc: or Bcc: lines--------is that right?  If that is the case, there is no way for you to alter that list yourself.  That auto-fill feature has it's own memory and it is not accessible by account holders.  What happens is that periodically Comcast will update accounts, and then that name will vanish on it's own, assuming you have deleted it from your address book.  But there is no way to predict when your account will be updated.
