receiving new emails

I have not received any new emails since yesterday, January 13, 2016 around 2:00pm.  When I call comcast I keep getting busy signal.  Someone please help to fix this problem ASAP?

Are you using Xfinity a Connect? Do you use any other email programs, smartphone, or table To?  Be specific.

Which browser/ version are you using?  Have you cleared your cache?

Have you tried a different browser just to see if the issue is browser speicific?

If you send yourself a test email, do yiu receive it?

Have yiu done anything in the SAFE list setting?

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X

You've enabled your Safe List.  That will block all addresses not on your Safe List.

To get to the SAFE LIST to disable it, follow. These steps.

 

Sign into the username having the problem

Click My Account

Click Users and Settings tab

Click that Username

Look for Email settings and click there

Scroll down until you see SAFE LIST

IF it is on, the green arrow will be showing

Click to disable Safe List.

 

With the Safe List, ONLY email from someone in that list email will get to you.  ALL OTHER  EMAIL IS Deleted and you won't ever see it.

 

FOR WHAT IT's worth, the Safe List didn't always work this way.  We have requested that it be fixed so that you could add your complete address book contacts to the Safe List with one quick click.

I have no clue if that will ever be fixed.
