re: new OX email: over 4,000 folders are no longer accessible or even visible

After migration from Zimbra to Open Exchange email client on Sat., 04-30-17, my e-mail is no longer functioning. I can see the inbox but that is the extent of functionality. No moving, no searching, no visible folders, freezing common, crashes both Firefox and IE occasionally. I'm getting long running script messages on IE, and Firefox warns that the page is slowing down the browser. I've cleared cache and history both browsers daily in hope that the problem will magically go away. Same result using Windows 7 and 10 PCs. I have an open case with Comcast and they threw $50 at me. That tells me something ain't right. This is wreaking havoc. My inbox is overflowing with unsortable e-mails. Anyone else with many folders having the same experience with the new Open Exchange client? If so, is there a fix?

The new email format in Comcast is Appsuite, not "Open Exchange".  It's just different webmail software.  4k folders?  Are you at your account storage max or what?

The poster may have got that impression after seeing a screen like the one in http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Email-Web-Browsing/Blue-email-log-in-screen/m-p/2881239#M177440, which states "(c) Open-Xchange". Also there's the "app=io.ox" term in the web address.

I am also getting that "Open Exchange" sign-in page---I have read quite a number of other posts about this.

Here's the problem:  Those of us who DO get that page, cannot get into our E-mail.  This started happening to me right after I got the "New E-Mail" user interface (approx a week ago).

Can you, please, provide a Solution? I am not choosing to get this non-functioning sign-in page.  In fact, I have no choice, whatsoever.
