In the past week, I got the "New E-Mail" and this has caused me numerous, as well as various, very time-consuming problems--especially when I have spent 80+ hours desperately searching for solutions and there are NO SOLUTIONS, whatsoever.
I cannot access my "New E-Mail" because when I attempt to do this, I get a screen that is a plain, medium blue background, light blue print in the middle "XFinity" then next word in white "Connect" and just below with two blank white bars to type 1) to type in username, and 2) directly below, to type in my password. This does NOT work. Many other Forum Members have reported the same thing---way before my doing this.
At the bottom of this 'form type of page' it lists "2015 Open Exchange" followed by the version number. This DOES NOT WORK. I and other Comcast Customers cannot access our E-Mail Accounts.
Can someone very technical please respond with a Solution?
