questionable email from Comcast

Just rec'd this today. Is this legit???
Xfinity will undergo unscheduled system Maintenance today in order to improve your account. The new Zimbra mail 2015 which will be installed on your email account. Your present account will be deactivated to create space for the new web access 2014. Please "ENTER THIS PLACE" to Update Your Mailbox. Your account will be inactive if this survey is not completed.

This is NOT a legitimate email from Xfinity.  Examination of the URL for embedded link clearly shows it is not redirecting to an Xfinity website.

Please read this Comcast Email Phish or Legit? How to Tell (and rules for posting about your mail) clickable link.

It contains very useful information about mail that purports to be from Comcast.

By the time you get through reading it YOU will be an expert on HOW to know that the mail is a phishing attempt.
