can not see my folders. promotion box takes up all the space. how can i get rid of the promotion box

How are you trying to access the email----on a desktop or laptop using just a browser, or a tablet or what?  Do you mean the ad panel to the right side or something else?

Using a lap top and on the left under the folders is a promotion box that is taking up nearly all my space. Can only see 2 folders at one time. The promotion box takes up the rest of the area.

Do you have any folders "nested"?  I have a Dell 11.6" laptop, and I can see all my folders with just a little scrolling up and down.  The promo box takes up maybe 25% or so at the bottom.
