When I receive a message from my doctor's office telling me to log in by pressing the log in in the message nothing happens. I use to be able to press log in and it would take me directly to my doctor's site.

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
