problem with security certificate when login to Linkedin

I get a "Problem with website Security Certificate" error when I try to login to Linkedin. Using win7 with IE11.

Any Ideas to help ?

Thanks

Re: problem with security certificate when login to Linkedin

Do you just want to get rid of the issue?

If so:

Across the top of IE select the "Tools" tab and choose "Internet Options" from the selections..  Then click the last tab titled "Advanced".

About half way down find the "Security " heading.  Uncheck the following:

Check for server certificate revocation

Check for publisher certificate revocation

Check for certificate address mismatch

Close and reopen your browser (IE).

Be mindful that these changes will apply to all the websites you visit, not just Linked In.  You only uncheck the "mismatch" one and leave the others or any combo of the 3.  The "revocation" ones are a concern more than the other.

IE 11 does remember when you opt to continue beyond a certificate warning, however, it is only during that browser session, and once you close IE it reverts back to being overly paranoid like always.
