problem with Windows Live and Comcast.

Periodically my email from Windows Live is deleted and goes into my Comcast homepage trash folder, My settings for comcast are that the emails I receive and send are never to be deleted. This apparently has been going on for some time since last March.Any help would be much appreciated.

Do you have the account enabled on a smartphone or a tablet?  If so, they will act like a client if using POP3 and download the messages and then delete them from the server unless you set it to leave a copy on the server.

The problem I had with my Windows Live was apparently an Internet fluke.Copies were to be left on the server and were there. It happened 3 times and hasn't happened at all lately.
