problelms with my email

I'm constantly having problems signing into my email. I'm using the correct email and password but it takes forever for my email to open.  Many times like today it has not opened at all after waiting for over 8 minutes.  I can log into my other xfinity account fine.

Make sure that you don't have 'keep me signed in checked in the sign in box.
Clear your browser cache and then re-open it.
Which browser/ version are you usingZ.
Do you use ant other email programs?

IF USING Internet Explorer version 10 or 11' make sure Compatibility a View is on. (TOOLS>COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS)
Have you tried any other browsers, just to test?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
