printing e mail


When printing an open e mail the page prints showing  - the mailboxes, sent, drafts etc on left and the advertisement over the e mail. This just changed.


How do you just get the message

Which browser/version are you using?  Please clear your browser cache, then try again.  It USED to be that you got all that 'stuff', but to test, I just now printed an email I received by clicking on the print icon on the toolbar.  I got, in order of appearance:

Xfinity Connect          username.comcast.net

Subject of the email


Subject again

TO:  my username

contents of the email

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
