When I click on an email I want to print out a box comes up that says connect.xfinity.com-microsoft edge (this is new) then the printer box comes up but where the preview is shown normally it is blank. It will send to the printer but plain paper comes out  Thank you

OK I tried it on my Windows 10 laptop with Edge, and I get the same thing--------a blank page.  But then I tried it with Chrome and Firefox and it appears to work as it should.  So I can only suggest you try a different browser, at least for the time being.
