Your question is a bit vague.  What happens when they try to read them?  What are they telling you about them?  What settings do you have?

 

Being as specific as possible helps.  A lot depends on what your settings are, what you're sending in the emails, what their settings are, how they're set up to receive and read emails [from a web page or an email program], etc.  Lots of combinations.

Another possibility...Are you sending as HTML and are they using test, not HTML?



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
