photos in emails received are not downloadng

Hi there

So all of a sudden, emails I receive everyday from ebay and other vendors that contain photos are now not downloading. I cannot find any useful help to correct this problem.  Any ideas why this is happening and how to fix it?

thanks,

Official Employee

Re: photos in emails received are not downloadng

I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue. Can you tell me what browser you are using to check your email?

Also, is it possible to try a different browser and see if the issue happens there?

Thank you for your assistance in troubleshooting this.

Re: photos in emails received are not downloadng

I think you misunderstand my question.

What internet browser program are you using?

Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox? (Those are the 4 major ones and I'll assume since you said Windows you aren't using Apple Safari)

If you are using Microsoft Edge to reach the internet for example, can you try using Internet Explorer or Chrome?

Re: photos in emails received are not downloadng

I found a settings link in the upper right corner of the screen and clicked on it,  followed by clicking on "open with Internet Explorer.  Then my Comcast in- box opened in a new window. I tried clicking on an email that has had the problem with the photos not downloading.  The photos did appear.  I tried a couple other emails and this did not work on all of them.  Do you have any other suggestions?  I dont want to have to download additional programs to my system and risk additional problems..

I have been using microsoft edge for a browser.
