permanent error message on some sent emails

permanent error message on some sent emails

It appears that awhile ago my email account was hacked.   I changed password etc.   Example of my email is janedoe@comcast.net     I started getting a few emails returned to me with the user name JaNeDOe@comcast.net       I guess comcast email isn't case sensitive.?   Some of the emails from  the 2nd email address/the one with the caps come back and say account closed.   I am using my original email but sort of curious as to why I am still getting permanent error messages on some of the emails I send from my original account.  Anyone have any experience with this?   Thanks.

I don't know why you are getting the bounces, but no, the user ID portion of an email address is not case sensitive.
