What are you trying to do? Yes, "save passwords" but with a password manager or in a web browser or in iCloud?

Without more details, we can't help.

Re: password save

Passwords for websites are saved within the system's Keychain app.

If you need to manage your saved passwords (deleting some, or editing one's you've already saved), and you're using Safari, you can do that directly through the browser. With it open, go to the Safari menu --> Preferences... --> Passwords tab, and you can select the websites you want to edit or verify your passwords for.

If you're using a third-party browser like Chrome or Firefox, I believe those passwords are stored within the browser but not within Keychain itself.
