As soon as I access Outlook a little window pops up.  Looks like this:

 

Internet E-mail -<Removed Personal Information>

             Enter your user name and password for the following server.

             Server           p13-imap.mail.me.com

             User Name:  <Removed Personal Information>

             Password:     **************

 

            |_|Save this password in your password list

 

Question #1:  I tried what I had written down 5 years ago, and it doesn't work.  I can not see anyway to get a new password.  I have been told that Compast issued the password....??

 

Question #2:  I probably saved the password in the "password list", but I do not know where to find the list.

 

Can someone guide me to the solutions.  It is annoying, as I have to move it to the side of the screen.  It doesn't seem to interupt any actions or programs.  Many Thanks......Marilyn

If in fact you have an iCloud account, try re-setting the password for it------------------

 

https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid

 

Then you will have to change it in Outlook too.
