outlook mail doesn't work

It was working few days ago. Now MS Outlook 2007 does not work anymore. I tried all kind of settings but NO LUCK. Finally contact Comcast reset password. Still does not work. Any changes of comcast mail servers?

Seems to be down here too for my wife's account.  She's also getting an error trying to get to the web interface.

Re: outlook mail doesn't work

I am by no means an Outlook email server settings pro but this morning all of a sudden I'm receiving all sorts of errors when trying to retrieve emails.  Perhaps the server settings have changed?

Re: outlook mail doesn't work

Recheck your settings.

If you are using POP the settings are:

Incoming server: mail.comcast.net

Outgoing server is: smtp.comcast.net

Incoming (POP) 995 with SSL ON

Outgoing )SMTP) 465 with SSK ON

This server requires Authentication must be checked

If you are using IMAP:

Incoming server is imap.comcast.net

Outgoing server remains with smtp.comcast.net

Incoming (imap.comcast.net) Port is 993 with SSL ON

Outgoing (SMTP) is Port 465 with SSL On

This server requires Authentication must be checked

Which browser/version are you using?  Have you tried a different browser?  Cleared your cache?
