outlook 2016, windows 10, and comcast e-mail. Cannot connnect

outlook 2016, windows 10, and comcast e-mail. Cannot connnect

I have tried all the comcast fixes.  Nothing seems to work or will connect with the server.  Tried imap, changing to pop3, nothing seems to work.  would even let comcast take over the computer and let them work it out.  Who / what to do next.  Comcast blames Microsoft, blames comcast,  blames HP, etc.

The settings for a Comcast email account in Outlook 2016 are found here------------

Exactly what happens when you try to set up the account?

I have experienced the same thing. During each install attempt, I receive an authentication error...which is odd because I can access the web client just fine the phone app too
