outgoing mail mystery

New Poster

outgoing mail mystery

it seems that select emails i send to nbcuni or gmail  addresses show as "sent," on my end, but the recipient never receives the emails at all.  We have been checking spam and junk mail for weeks, as I have been repeatedly sending various emails for about a month.  for whatever reason, my emails have gotten lost in space for these select few addresses. However, I am able to receive emails from these addresses without any problems.  please help as my coworkers and I are becoming very frustrated.  I will reply to their messages, and this sometimes solves the problem.... but not all the time. I have never touched any settings in my email preferences.
