opening email

I cannot open my email from the Xfinity home page.  Every time I try the system opens another home page, even though I am signed into the account, it says Welcome Susan and there is email there.  The envelope on the top right has mail, but everytime I go there, I simply open another home page.  This is making me crazed!

Sadly, misery does love company!  I did go to my settings and emptied the history and cashe and I can now open the email.  Try, it just might work for you as well.

I agree, no matter which browser/version you are using, clear your browser cache.  Close and then re-open your browser and try again.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
