cannot open email after signing in to my email, I get a page asking me to suscribe or sign in to my account. I know I have over 300 emails in one email account but cannot get access to them

are you getting an error message that says needs to subscribe to high speed internet service? sometimes you'll get this message when your email address is newly created or newly transfered from one account to another..

Can you post the exact error message you are getting?  Don't post any email addresses.
