not receiving emails

It's come to my attention that I haven't been receiving certain emails. The senders are sending to my correct email address, but the messages do not show up in my Inbox or Junk folder. What could be the problem?

Are the emails being returned to the sender?  Is it only one domain or multiple domains that you are not receiving them from ?

Re: not receiving emails

No, they're not being returned. Senders contacted me when I didn't reply. They were from different domains.

Re: not receiving emails

Hello,

I will send you a private message regarding this as it seems a few messages are getting marked as spam and getting dropped. If you haven't done so enable spam foldering. This is to ensure that messages marked as spam get delivered to the spam folder rather than getting dropped. The link below shows how to enable this.

Thanks
