I have 2 email accounts and have not gotten an email since 11/22. I have been ordering on line, so should have some.

Hello,

We need more details then what you have provided.

1. What email client and or version of xfinity connect are you using?

2. Have you tried sending yourself a email as a test?

3. Have you checked your spam folder?

Have you checked BOTH of your email addresses?  Perhaps you were using one, and not the one you thought you used?

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
