Has this been resolved?  Can you now access your email?

Re: new xfinity web e-mail

Yes, I got my e-mail back. But now have a new problem. I have Comcast as my home page. My e-mail symbol on my browser no longer tells me if I have any e-mail. I have to go into my e-mail to check. This happened just a few days ago. How do I fix this this?

Re: new xfinity web e-mail

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way. If it works OK then you will know the problem probably lies with the first browser. eg: if you are using Internet Explorer, try Chrome or Firefox.

There is no way for you to adjust the counter yourself.  It's part of the website.
