new e-mail access protocols

Am I missing something with the new Xfinity homepage or do all of you have to go thru 5 screens now also to get to your e-mail? I see no e-mail access tab until you sign in, go to your account, which takes you to another different my account page which has you click on e-mail tab which then sometimes goes to e-mail, sometimes back to fist my account page?!

After signing in on the homepage, SIGN IN.JPGlook in the upper right corner  to the left of your Username and you will see an envelope.  That is where you click to get into Email.  On all other pages, after signing in, click on the word EMAIL.


Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
