new and improved email issues

The new and improved email program was swapped out for the old one about a month ago. The spinning blue circle goes on endlessly whenever we do anything. The in box sometimes says empty even though there are 8 GB of emails. The refresh inbox causes the blue circle spinning to go on for several minutes. Everything takes an inordinate amount of time to accomplish. Is there any way to revert to the old system.

Once you have been migrated to the new format, there is no way to revert to the old one.  Try using a different browser.
