need email to be displayed chronologically by message with the most recent on top--how do I set this up?

In comcast web mail, I can't make the most recent messages appear at the top of the listing of messages.  I have chosen "by message" rather than "by conversation" and now have to scroll down to the bottom of the page in order to see the most recent message.

I can't help you as I have the same complaint. Just letting you know you are not alone in your grumblings.

On the far right of the bar that says From, Subject, etc is the word DATE.

Simply click on the word DATE to change the order of the mails. This will sort from newest to oldest.
