my screne is messed up

when I log on to the computer the screen is all yellow, I can;t  send email ,  and I cant  getthe picyure to  to come in clear , they look like exposed film. Can anyone help me.

What you are describing can be either the monitor or your video card being the cause of this issue.  If you are not comfortable with troubleshooting these issues, it would be best to use the services of a local Computer specialist to diagnose which is causing this so you don't waste $$$ replacing what may still be good.
