from some OTHER sites and is says to check my email (which would be my comcast acct) it never comes through. I even had a company tell me they have a hard time with comcast and I ended up having the lady on the phone switch my email to gmail so it would come through and I could change my password. Does anybody know why it does this and how I can get my passwords to come through??

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
