my internet does not show video now, only audio.

my internet does not show video now, only audio.

My home page  no longer shows videos, I only hear audio when I try to watch something on the screen.  Say I wanted to see Tom Hanks selfie with a newly wed couple in Central Park yesterday, only the audio portion is working, the video is not seen.  Any suggestions please?

Are you by chance using Chrome for your browser?  If so this is a known issue.  Try using another browser and see if the videos play for you.
