my emails did not get sent from outbox

my emails did not get sent from outbox

I had 36 emails in my outbox. I got an error message that mail could not be sent. Support had me change password. After the change the messages were still in the outbox. The message left my IPad, IPhone, did not get to the receiver. All 36 outbox emails have disappeared.
I have checked, trash, deleted mail, and can not find them. What can I do to recover those messages.

Please copy/ paste the entire error message yiu are receiving. Is it coming from Soutlook or from Xfinity a Connect?
Which version of Outlook are yiu using? Which browser/ version?

Did you change your password in BOTH Outlook and Xfinity Connect? They must match.
Post the settings yiu are using in Outlook.

Do you have Outlook set to leave copies of messages on the server?

Post back with all answers and we will go from there.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
